This year the Winterplein (Winter Square) returns to Rotterdam. This time at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge. Center of attention is the 1200 sqm ice rink, on which - frost or no frost - skaters can make to rounds to their heart's content. Around the rink are a heated outside café  and other snack outlets.   

During the six weeks lots of events will take place here like ice dance clubbing, skate clinics, skating competitions, ice games, curling and winter shows. Ice sculptures, Christmass trees and snow dolls complete the scene.
