| Spring 2009 we stayed on the island of La Palma for 11 days. La Palma is one of the smaller Canary Islands. It is a volcanic island and, contrary to Tenerife and Gran Canaria very lush and green. It is therefore called La Isla Bonita, the beautiful island. We have been exploring the natural beauties of the island by rental car and on foot and did some scuba diving.
